This table is exactly what we were looking for. We love that the extra leaf folds into the table for storage. It took us approximately four hours to put together, and we have put together a lot of flat pack furniture. Everything fit as described and the instructions had very good illustrations, so if you follow them you should have no problems with assembly. All the assembly parts were well labeled and packaged. Absolutely love this table! Purchased this with the intentions of moving into our newly built home shortly after and ended up rental hopping several times before construction was finally finished. We had to move this table each time from rental to rental (it’s definitely heavy!) and we kept it in its original wood box it came in without opening it. Even thru the 3 different times it was moved it had zero damage when we finally pulled it out of the box. The surface is super smooth and it’s surprisingly not as cold as I thought it would be. Make sure you opt for the in-home delivery, and that you have a strong partner to assemble it with. It was a bit difficult getting the screws lined up, but we eventually managed to get it together.
