This mattress is extremely comfortable and more on the firm side. Just wish the sides wouldn’t sink so much when you sit on the edge, also if it would have handles to help move it around easier. It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that it was a little firmer than I initially expected, so it may take some time to break in depending on your preference. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. My full‑size mattress arrived quickly through FedEx, and the packaging was very easy to handle. The mattress came compressed in a box, and I had no issues opening it. Once the plastic was removed, it started expanding right away. I waited the full 72 hours before sleeping on it. It reached almost its full size—about 11 inches instead of the stated 12 inches—but that’s acceptable for me. The mattress is comfortable overall, with a soft feel around the edges. Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. This full size mattress arrived compressed and rolled up securely in a plastic bag, then a box. We placed the bundle on the bedframe prior to cutting it open. This is a very comfortable mattress and is so easy to unpack. I love the ease and convenience of these type of mattresses where you simply remove from the packaging and they decompress. Once it is put on the bed frame the work is over. This is a firm mattress that is comfortable and will provide the support I’m looking for. Soft, firm-ish, great quality. Super soft and comes with a zippered case the bed sits in. I thought that was cool so you can wash the bed liner if you wanted/needed to. Was very hesitant based on reviews and just ordering a mattress I haven’t seen in person. Most concerned with how some people experienced the mattress not fully expanding- that wasn’t the case for us. Left it side out, almost immediately it took its shape- corners took the full 72 hours to fill out. Great soft memory foam mattress, the price was even better. King for under 400$ I thought was a great deal. Took a star away based on how upsetting it was to see the box it was delivered in. Thought we got duped and was getting a used, returned, damaged product. Thankfully it was not tho. Brand new inside.
