Here's what I'll say about this tile. It's actually beautiful and very hard to find one that comes close to it - I genuinely tried. The one bad thing is I can't tell if this company is doing dynamic pricing or what. When I first found this tile it was $13/sq ft then rose to $36/ sqft then $42/sqft then they had a "50% off sale" for $21/sq ft. Pretty frustrating but i ended up hving to purchase it at that price. Now it's $20/sq ft. Not sure what the situation is but it didn't feel good and i tried very hard to find ones that matched my floor tiles as well as these did and could not so ended up going with them anyway at the higher price and they definitely look nice but just a little tough to swallow.. This is really pretty but the hexagons are a lot smaller than I expected and the color is very mixed, whites, beige, cream, not white white as detailed in the product description, but I would be willing to overlook this because the price was well worth the change in my design. I say would because I can't do anything with my order currently due to a huge problem I am still trying to run down which is extremely frustrating. I used the Wayfair tool to calculate what I needed to order based on my square footage, which totals 80 sq. ft. Both the calculation tool as well as the total summary of my order clearly states that 1 Unit contains 10 sheets or 10 sq. ft of tile. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was only 8 individual sheets not the 8 boxes of 10 sheets/80 sheets as needed, which I have rechecked twice since to make sure I was not missing something. The worst part is that I was charged for 80 sq. ft. or 8 units (1 unit = 10 sheets/80 sheets total). Not sure what I am going to do at this point but this was disappointing, frustrating and costing me more time than I have and no tile to provide contractors who are scheduled to finish my kitchen in two days.. Ordered these in white to coordinate with other tiles by this company with prints on them but. same texture and white background. The finish is a nice gloss so dirt should wipe off easily but still manage to retain the old Mediterranean feel I am looking for on this project which are outdoor steps into the garden. The tile arrived a bit chipped but it will not affect the top surface of the tile or strength of the tile as the porcelain appears to be thick and of good quality. Size matches exactly to the measurements of the printed tiles I received earlier so I won't complicate installation. These have great water resistance, and are fine for outdoors as well as indoors..
