This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Incredible product! We have a 7.5gpm in our shop and 10.5gpm model in our house. Both on demand water heaters do what they are designed to do. We have propane models. The wait time for hot water is not an issue; hot water within a minute. Both models provide hot water to multiple outlets and neither falters to provide hot water with multiple outlets are on.
