This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

Upholstered in soft chenille fabric and built with a reinforced steel frame supporting up to 350 lbs, this recliner is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and dependable support.

Ordered assembly but wasn't needed because it was easy enough to do ourselves. Color, mechanics, comfort of sitting were all better than expected. Mechanics are quiet. Thought it came with USB but was probably another view I had looked at during shopping. I'm going to love all the storage close at hand and down size junk around me on an end table. Has a bluish Grey appearance and pattern in chenille fabric is great. Head rest doesn't push my head forward like most. Length of leg extention is perfect. Large armcovers do interfere into the cup holders on both sides though. Hoping one day a quicker motor for lifting the chair will be available to improve time it takes to stand but that's just me apparently. So far very satisfied with chair and service from Wayfair..
