These climbing toys are generally a nice set. They are smaller than I had anticipated based on photos- but not a deal breaker by any means. These blocks are incredibly soft! Which I love for the toddlers. I do think the size and density are better suited to younger toddlers like my 1 year old. It came neatly packaged- and after cutting through three layers of plastic it fluffed right up after opening the vacuum sealed bag. It did have a bit of a smell that dissipated quickly. We love the climber it was easy for my husband to put together. Very very sturdy we have a one year old and 3 year old. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because when we got it (for Christmas) and we were putting it together there was one section left without the hardware so we couldn’t finish it for Christmas morning.
