Exactly as shown in the website photo and exactly as I had hoped! My bed is low and I have a queen size bed - so I get the king size quilts so they are to the floor and I don’t have to look at the area between the quilt’s end and the floor (plus my platform bed will not keep a nice bed ruffle in place). I went with Nautica because of my familiarity with the brand. I am very pleased with this comforter. It is sharp and just right for a "guy's" room (or a woman's too). For environmental responsibility it came vacuum packed but with a quick cut on the plastic the comforter puffed up nicely and has no unpleasant oder to it. It is middle of the road in terms of how thick it is, neither too heavy, nor too light. The shams are nice as well. I am used to ones with the slit in the back to slide a pillow in and out of but these actually have a small zipper which I prefer. For me I simply put old pillows into the shams for appearances so I will not be testing the zippers with any sort of frequency. We are so happy with this duvet cover. The color is a pure white, which is perfect for what we were looking for. The material is very soft yet sturdy enough to give a beautiful finished appearance to the bed. No pulls or wrinkles. It very easily ties to the duvet insert which also makes it easy to remove. I've thrown it into the washer and dryer ( on a low setting) and no shrinkage or change in texture. I also ordered a queen size for a full size bed because I enjoy the appearance of the extra draping on either side of the bed. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
