Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. I love the cup holders and the foot padding, but wait the icing on the cake was the eye mask and ear plugs….genius idea! I so glad I bought these and the price couldn’t be beat for this type of patio recliner!! I love it, opened right out of the box and the cushions are perfect. Just got this the other day and haven't officially "used" it yet, but sat in it a couple of times. It seems like a well built chair but time will tell. UPDATE 9/12/26 It took me awhile to figure out what I didn't like about this chair. It is a well made chair, but it's too short! I am 5'7" and sitting back in the seat and my legs extended, my feet stick past the bottom tube about 5-6" and it's just not a comfortable fit for me.. Richard. FL. Sat Sep 12 2026

Large width relaxation in this padded version of the FUTURA XL recliner. Ergonomic and designed for large sizes, it keeps all the relaxation functionalities of the recliner range and adds the excellent comfort of large size padding. It is the reference for restful equipment since it is designed to provide THE ideal position for relaxation in folding recliner format. The essential principle is positioning of the legs slightly above heart level for optimal relaxation. Its adjustment of the different positions thanks to its fixed armrests makes it very east to use. It will find its place on the balcony or terrace, in the garden, by the pool as well as inside the house. The Lafuma Futura XL recliner uses a series of elastic clips to suspend the mattress instead of a more traditional elastic lacing system. The clip system revolutionizes the already superior design by improving support across the entire recliner and creating a slick look, all while eliminating the need to replace elastic laces. Best of all, the plastic clips allow easy removal of the mattress for cleaning.

This is great quality and came with 2 year warranty. But just to clarify, it's built for tall people and it's not very comfortable for me. I'm 5'6" and my feet don't touch the floor. It's comfortable for the person I bought it for...he's 6'3" : ). Lori. Morton, IL. Wed Sep 23 2020

Use it for added warmth on cooler days or remove it for a lighter, more breathable feel during summer. Love the height of this chair and I’m hopeful that we will use it. Our previous patio lounger was beautiful but no one ever sat on them because they were so low to the ground. The pillows are a nice touch but the cup holder isn’t level and doesn’t seem sturdy. The base of most of our cups will not fit in the opening although it has space for the handle. The opening will fit a bottle or can, which might be safer since the cup holder isn’t level. The color is black with a gray cushion. The cushion is nice and it looks like it can easily go in the wash if needed. I like the pocket at they keep the cushion from sliding down. The ties to secure the cushion is rather short so I wish they were a little longer. I have issues with my knees and it is difficult for me to recline but hubby does it with such ease. Nothing to assemble, just slide the cup holder in place and add the cushion.. Bobbi. Litchfield Park, AZ. Tue Oct 06 2026
