Pretty comfy. Easy to put together once I figured out their instructions. Their instructions were terrible and photos didn’t help. But once you figure it out, pretty easy. I purchased 2 for my small living room. They’re lower than a normal chair, but sit pretty comfortably. Not sure how long the cushions will last. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. These chairs are compact but sturdy. I love the Mid Century Modern look to them. Unboxing was a bit frustrating—the Styrofoam crumbled everywhere, creating quite a mess, and the screws were taped to it, which made cleanup even more difficult when removing them. During assembly, pieces F and G (the lower cross bracing) were especially tricky to align, and many of the screws didn’t line up easily with the predrilled holes. Step 10 was particularly challenging, as there were no predrilled holes for those screws, making installation much harder than expected.
