Product arrived damaged. Top marble vanity cracked at rear corner. Outer shipping package was not damaged, but inner foam padding was crushed. Seemed to be a factory packaging issue. 7-17-23 Update. I called Wayfair customer service and they were very helpful. I found that the response from the supplier was going into my Spam e-mail folder and was being blocked by my IT security. Wayfair Customer Service gets 5 stars :) I requested a replacement from the supplier, and we will update their review once it is shipped. Updated 7-19-2023. Be sure to inspect the furniture as one set was great craftsmanship and looked superb and in the other set, the queen bed had a gash in the headboard. Wayfair ordered a replacement which took 6-8 weeks to arrive and when it did the storage part of the bed was discolored. So, Wayfair ultimately ordered a third bed which took an additional 6-8 weeks. We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned.
