Earlier this year we bought a wood arbor for our garden so we could have our grape plant climb it. Unfortunately it was not solid and it snapped while we were putting it together. I knew I wanted to replace it with something more sturdy. When I saw this iron arbor I figured it would probably be more well made. It is definitely sturdy and it comes with some stakes built into the arbor so it can stand up to the Texas elements. It’s a breeze to put together and very aesthetically pleasing. I absolutely love these ! They make such a statement in my garden. The first thing I did was buy heavy duty stakes to mount them in the yard because we get a lot of wind here in Texas. The only thing I am concerned about is that the lid just sits on top, it isn’t secure. I’m thinking about getting some wire to secure the lid to the base. I’m also planning on getting some kind of solar light for the inside. In spite of my concerns, I really do love them and hope they last.. Leann. Keller, TX. Fri Apr 17 2026
