I like this chair a lot, and so does/did my cat (who nicely tore it up, mainly the back part of the chair. This chair was easy to assemble, and I'd like to get another one or two, but my cat loves the fabric too much for me to spend a lot on chairs that they'll just wreck. But, as a product, no complaints. My only ask would be for companies to make it so that the swivel can lock as sometimes you don't want it to swivel. I really like this chair! It has a firm back and is comfortable to sit in. I like also how you can adjust the legs so that the chair doesn't wobble. It has a smaller profile than a typical office chair, so I can slide it under the desk when I'm not using it. The directions were straightforward, and it was easy to assemble - it took me about 10 minutes by myself only because you have to be careful not to screw the seat in all the way to make sure the four screws that hold the seat in place line up with the holes (and then tighten everything up at the end).
