The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. The set up is time consuming and does take a small amount of time to figure out. Decide how you want to configure it before attaching the connecting brackets that should be the final step. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. I absolutely love this couch! My goal for this room was to create a very cozy familytv room. I love the size and the charcoal gray color. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater.
