Beautiful Blanket, But Time Will Tell This is a really nice-looking blanket with a soft feel and a beautiful woven texture. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and it looks great draped over my couch as both a functional throw and a decorative accent. My only concern is durability. Right out of the package, I’m already noticing some fuzzing/pilling, so I’m a little worried about how it will hold up after washing. I haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t speak to its long-term quality, but it does make me question whether it will wear well over time. Overall, it’s a nice blanket, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the premium price. At around $25–$30, I would think it’s an excellent value. This throw is expensive and when you receive it you will know why. The colors and weaving are the best features. Beautifully executed. The feel is somewhat silky but there is also a certain natural roughness that you can perceive. After reading the contents I realized I was feeling the wool, although the soft Alpaca is the prominent hand. The throw is light weight, yet nicely warm. I ordered the cocoa color and it is on a grey couch and the grey and brown blocks pull the rest of the room together. This is definitely a light greytanbrown color block, not blue.
