This is a very beautiful chair. It is sturdy and comfortable. Feels very good on your back. It is a tall chair. The webbing is perfect. I’m surprised how comfortable it was. The wood in the frame is also very nice. All in all, I like it. But, my only complaints, I believe are simple. There were no instructions. But, you only had to put the frame to the seat. I found three washers in the bottom of the box while unpacking the chair, then realized I needed screws. So, I had to go back into all of the wrapping, which there was a lot of. To find the screws. It took two of us about a half an hour to get the screws to the bottom of the chair hooked and ended up leaving the washers out because it was so difficult through the webbing.it is so pretty that it was worth it.. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers..
