This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people. In this particular case when I got to the second box to put the chairs together there was no hardware packet inside. I went online and put in a complaint. Just got an email today stating the hardware packet should arrive on February 10, so we will see if they send the correct hardware. I don't think I have ever had a purchase from Wayfair that didn't have an issue with something. It is definitely common with this company. I still really like the chairs. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100.
