World Imports Ceiling Fan

This ceiling fan delivers cottage-inspired, traditional style to your home. It's made with a finished frame and wood blades, and it includes a light kit, down rod, shade, and blades. This ceiling fan features a hanging propeller design with a caged body made with colorful stained glass with a pointed finial for a vintage-inspired look. We love that this ceiling fan features pull-chain operation but also includes a remote control as well as adapts to wall controls. It's compatible with a dimmer switch for customized lighting, and the blades are reversible to change the spinning direction.

This stained glass fan has to be one of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It’s beautiful, timeless, and classy, it makes me feel like I’m living an old Florida dream in the early 1900s. It is the perfect fit for my Florida Room Guest Suite. I will share that the light it gives is minimal. The space I am using it in is a naturally bright room because of the wall of windows I have. For me it is perfect and sets the right vibe. I would suggest an additional lamp or two if you like a well lit room. Package was not damaged and everything inside was in good condition. I would suggest two people for mounting and read directions well for a successful installation of this fan. The lightbulbs in the top portion of the fan will be difficult to change when the time comes, this may be my only con in regard to this fan. Included with the fan is a remote for ease of use. You can also turn on two sets of lights with the pull strings attached to the fan, one lights up just the top portion and the other lights up the main light globe on the bottom portion. The prettiest fan EVER...BUUUUT!!! It stop working in 7 months. The light won't go out. Called an Electrician and he said the unit had to be replaced. The fan arrived well packaged. The instructions were not great and took some time to figure out the wire diagram. It is a great fan. It's a beautiful fan! We bought two, one for our bedroom and one for a back room that does not get much air circulation. The glass dome is very pretty and filters the light nicely. Make sure you get smaller bulbs with lower watts, standard light bulbs do not fit within the dome and higher wattage bulbs (over 60w) produced rather harsh light. The light portion and the fan blades were very easy to install. The instructions are clear and it comes with extra hardware which is always so helpful. My favorite things about it are the fact that the wood grain sort of lines up on the fan blades and the hardware is really nice even though it's not showing. The fan is cute and functions well. That being said, it was not a quick install. It was very hard to install the remote receiver inside the plate cover. This fan is beautiful. The prettiest fan I have bought in years. It even had extra longer blades than the average ceiling fan. The reason I gave it a four star and not five is because of fan speed. I was really excited it had six speeds. Unfortunately having it on the highest speed, six, it only feels like a two on a three speed ceiling fan.
