Knives with the iconic French Bee have excellent, balanced cutting blades and are extremely comfortable to hold. Our collection has substantial weight and features fully tanged 2.5mm blades which are substantially thicker than other knives. They come in an attractive box making them the perfect gift. Laguiole is a town in Southern France where this style of knife was designed in 1829.
