We ordered this dip station for our mini home gym. Our ten-year-old twin boys were able to assemble most of this all on their own. Their dad had to help with a few things but assembly was pretty simple. It doesn’t seem too sturdy, as it wobbles just a bit, that is the reason for the one star deduction. It will do the job though.. Kelsy. US. Wed Sep 02 2026

What if your family's fitness goals didn't require a garage full of separate machines? Imagine this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses while your partner crushes lat pulldowns on the opposite side—both of you using the same 121lb weight stack, in the same footprint, at the same time. No waiting, no re-racking plates, no compromising. This isn't just a home gym; it's a dual-sided training fortress where every workout feels custom-built, every session is shared, and every square inch works harder than you do.

Just want I was looking for. All in one smith machine for my basement. Got it on sale and have no regrets.. Yareli. Cumming, GA. Sun May 03 2026

What if you could replace every machine at your local gym with one unit that fits where your old squat rack used to be? Picture this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses, then — without re-racking a single plate — you step inside the cage for squats, slide the dual pulleys into position for lat pulldowns, and finally lock in the vertical leg press for a brutal finisher. All while your training partner works the other side of the cable system. This isn't just a rack; it's your personal commercial-grade training fortress, engineered to give you 10 stations, 200+ exercises, and zero excuses.

Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. I love that it adjusts to be able to work for me (5’3”) and my husband (6’3”). If you have the space, a leg press is a very effective lower body workout in a short amount of time.. Alison. Wylie, TX. I got this for my husband, and he is thrilled with it. It replaced four different pieces of gym equipment, which has made such a difference in our home gym. I love that everything is now combined into one unit—it takes up less space and gives the whole gym a much cleaner, more organized look. My husband loves all the different exercise options, especially the cable crossover system for chest exercises. The pulleys move smoothly, and there are plenty of attachments and different positions to work with. He also really likes having the Smith machine, power rack, pull-up bar, dip handles, and other features all together in one setup. It’s a substantial piece of equipment and feels very sturdy once assembled. There are a lot of parts, so assembly does take some time, but the finished product is definitely worth it. He’s extremely happy with it, and I’m happy to have multiple pieces of equipment replaced by one much more streamlined setup.. Crystal. York, PA. Sat Sep 19 2026
