As others have said, the colors in the photos are very misrepresentative - they are much more dull and grey. That said, the rug feels great underfoot and everyone in my house has spent time standing on it. There's no way a door would be able to pass over it and I feel like it would make a table or other furniture feel off balance, so would recommend more for a runner or area rug that sits in the middle of a room.. Sarah. Baltimore, MD. Thu Sep 24 2026

Love this rug! I its so soft and the quality is really great. I searched for weeks trying to find a rug at an affordable price that was somewhat environmentally friendly and not made of plastic. I just don’t understand the reviews about it shedding too much. I ran over it twice with my vacuum after un-rolling it and really have had no issues. I just vacuum over it any time I vacuum my floors. A wool rug does require at least some minimal effort when you first get it. If you’re someone who doesn’t regularly vacuum maybe a wool rug in general just isn’t for you Basically, don’t listen to the reviews about people having to return it because it sheds too much.. Rachel. Washington, Dc. Sun Aug 16 2020

It's hand-woven from premium wool, creating a dense surface with a sturdy cotton backing for a structured feel. Its low-profile design is marked by subtle but individual differences that make each piece feel unique. This rug offers an easy way to update your decor with its understated aesthetic and contemporary allure.

Love the rug but not super soft, it’s a bit scratchy and needs a rug pad. The pink is pretty neutral and as others mentioned you can flip it over so it’s a bit more cream than pink but the under side is definitely more rough. Very pretty shade of pink.. Eleni. West Hollywood, CA. Sun Sep 27 2026

This area rug enhances your room with its warm ivory tones, inviting texture, and a geometric pattern with dynamic angles. Hand-tufted from a wool-cotton blend, it features a high-low pile that feels luxurious and enhances the design. The medium pile height offers cushion underfoot while still being easy to vacuum. Suitable for indoor use, it's also safe for heated floors, adding warmth to your space. For added comfort and stability, pair the cotton backing with a rug pad.

I've had this rug for over a year with no issues. It has texture without having big knots or loops. I like jute and sisal but not the smell or the shedding, so wool it is. I am super picky about my rugs. This rug arrived undamaged, with barely a scent and laid flat right away. It does not shed. I love that the edges are finished well, not serged which could fuzz or unravel. Easy to vacuum. It's very thick and soft underfoot, no rug pad. I have the 8x10 under a king bed in my guest room. I ordered the blue color (forgot what it was called at the time. Denim?) which is now called color 8? I absolutely HATE that Wayfair will no longer commit to naming its colors, heaven forbid the customers insist the rug that arrived doesn't match the color name or a photo we can barely see. Impossible to have faith in this company when it comes to rugs now. I was thinking of ordering the same rug in 9x12 for my family room but now I don't trust the color "8". Mine arrived more dominant in ivory with very narrow lines of blue, which was even better for me. It really lightened the room. But if you are looking for dominant blue from afar, this is not it. I will not be surprised if Wayfair starts eliminating reviews now. I rely heavily on reviews so I hope this helped you.. Kat. SE. Wed Jun 03 2026
