This piece is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted to compliment my African decor. It’s a heavy piece and was a little challenging to hang because the wall is hollow but we figured it out. Love these! Wanted to jazz up my wall, a bit. It all started, when I decided I wanted to cover up the wallpaper seams that started looking more prominent. Went with the Walnut color, and they were beautiful out of the box, so I didnt want to paint or stain over them. Have a few left, so I might try and get a little more creative with some going in another direction. Havent gotten that far yet. They were super easy to cut, with a Japanese saw, and I opted to just use a brad nailer, without glue, if in the future I decide to change it up. I can hopefully pry them off easily.. Jennifer N.. I really love this piece; it fits perfectly with my rustic French country kitchen theme. It’s quite large, which I anticipated when I purchased it, but the website photos do make it appear a bit smaller. So, it’s definitely worth paying close attention to the listed specs. The color is also much darker than what’s shown in the photos online. It worked out for me, but it might not be what you expect. The last photo I’ve uploaded gives a close-up of the actual color.
