The art is the process where I create the image in my mind. The craftsmanship comes in when I take the images I see in my minds eye and by using tools and the heat of the torch I manipulate the metal to a point where the viewer can also gets a glimpse at the feeling I had during the creative process. If all this comes together then the sculpture will evoke the feeling I set out to capture and the viewer will get some of the same feelings.
