There were no assembly instructions included but it was intuitive enough for us to figure it out and all the parts were there and undamaged. The table sits level, is sturdy enough for 8 people to sit (though it is a bit tight elbow to elbow for 2 adults to a seat), but it really does fit our needs and our space. No surprises here- I knew it wouldn’t be as solid as my old one but didn’t need it to be. I checked the dimensions carefully so I knew what I was getting. The open ends of the benches make it much easier for (an older) person to get in and out but someone a bit broad in the beam might find the seat uncomfortably small. I paid the extra to have it assembled for me.. Susan. Louisville, KY. Sun Jul 21 2024

Great table, solidly build. Went together easily. It would even be better if it had knock down furniture attachments for the top to the base so you can split them for winter storage. The lab bolts currently used will loosen with repeated use. Some small damage during shipping that was not noticed until I was oiling the table top.. Chris. Gatineau, QC. Wed May 06 2026

The packaging was good. The instructions for assembly were not clearly laid out and now with the benefit of hindsight, I can tell that it is missing a couple of instructions while also not sequencing properly the ones mentioned. I would strongly recommend to read thoroughly and plan ahead to avoid rework especially in the final stretch of assembly. Also, a power drill is a must coz the screwdriver does not do a good job. That said the product looks good and while it has been just a day since I assembled it, I did spend some time using it earlier today and think I like it. Shreejit. Princeton, NJ. Mon Jun 22 2026
