With better insulation in houses these days, it has become difficult for bats to find shelter. This bat house makes it easier for several types of small bats to find shelter. The best place to hang is in the gable to protect the bat house from direct sunlight and heat.

This is a very cute little bat house - we put it in a tree, though you can put it 'against (like a couple of inches) of your house). Looks very cute and keeps together well.
