Malheureusement la boîte est arrivée très endommagée, avec un énorme trou sur le dessus. Les derniers livreurs FedEx étaient gênés de nous la donner, mais on espérait que si le produit était bien protégé à l'intérieur, peut-être qu'il n'y aurait pas de dommages .. négatif! Morceau de la base cassé et produit simplement de très basse qualité. Avec le coût actuel des choses on se doute que ce ne sera pas du grand luxe à 500$ mais c'est vraiment seulement de la fibre de bois pressée plaquée avec du plastique simili-bois, fragile, cheap, mal emballé, mal manipulé. Ce n'était pas possible de demander un retour et remboursement simplement en ligne, le processus me dirigeait vers un contact avec le service à la clientèle par clavardage, mais vers 11h le matin un vendredi c'était fermé? Les heures d'ouverture inscrites pour le clavardage ne font pas de sens. J'ai fini par appeler en trouvant le numéro tout en bas de la page d'accueil Wayfair (nul part dans tout le processus de plainte, ils ne veulent pas se faire appeler). Durant l'appel, après un premier ''contact'' avec IA, j'ai été transférée à une vraie personne qui a très bien pris le dossier en charge. I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. It’s versatile and has a transitional quality to it, making it easy to adapt to any aesthetic. That's a huge deal for anyone who wants to change things up every once in a while. Since it's neutral, it brings unity and cohesion to just about any style. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. It took my husband about a half hour or so to assemble - and most of that was spent unboxing. Before putting it together, I added adhesive felt pads to the bottom legs for easy sliding and protection of wood floors. It's solid and well-engineered. It doesn't make a peep when getting on and off. I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review if I didn't think so highly of this product.
