This is a great bed. For the price we are really happy with it! We’re using it for our grandchildren. However, one thing you do need to know is a standard mattress doesn’t fit correctly. There’s about 3 to 4 inches on the top and the bottom that if a child was standing on the bed, their foot can go right down through. We are going to remedy it with some foam and some wood support. However, just beware of this issue. Other than that and the fact that the frame is too big for a standard twin mattress and too small for a twin XL. It’s a really great sturdy bed.. Patricia. Smooth corners protect delicate skin, making it ideal for toddlers learning to walk. Crafted from high-quality plywood and pine, it offers durability and comfort. We really like this bed! My husband put it together but the supports that come with it wouldn’t do much when there’s a good amount of weight like 150+, so he had to cut more wooden tubes to support the bed frame. Also the gate is crooked when installed. It works but the latch is harder because it doesn’t line up. So definitely a few adjustments can be made to the manufacturing of this product. But overall it is a nice bed. Daena. Oshkosh, WI. Tue Sep 29 2026
