Crafted entirely from wood, this bench is designed to blend seamlessly with any interior style, offering both function and style. Whether placed in the entryway, living room, or bedroom, its inviting natural finish adds warmth and elegance to your space.

The quality is very good, I'd say closer to 5 stars. There's some minor sheen differences in the wood that I expect will look more consistent after cleaning. Packaging was good also, very easy to break down and separate out the styrofoam and cardboard as I'm able to recycle both. However, the unit was damaged -- one leg where it curves to form the long "ski" broke clean through. I don't know whether to blame the packaging or the design of the unit (but it is very stout). Maybe the shipper. In any case, customer service was painless and really top notch. I opted for a discount. I ended up repairing the leg and I'm happy overall.. Paige. Anacortes, WA. Sat Nov 08 2025

The Painswick Storage Bench is the perfect perch for removing boots in an entryway or garden shoes in the mud room. Crafted of pine in a smooth finish, Painswick's three removable woven baskets provide no-fuss storage, and a white cotton cushion completes the look with comfort and farmhouse charm.

Turned out very nice! I love it! Going to put this in my foyer for people to put their shoes in. Took about 30-45 minutes to put together wasn’t bad at all. The only thing we had an issue with is with one of the screws on the basket. We had to leave that one out because it would not screw in for some reason and it doesn’t affect the usability of it because it’s the screw in the back. Overall very nice buy highly recommend!. This is a fine piece. Hardy, pretty it’s storage space is useful. The only thing I don’t really like is the height. It’s arms and backboard could be a few inches higher because it’s much shorter than expected, making it a bit awkward to sit comfortably. That’s why I gave it 4 vs 5 stars.. Jesus. US. Surprisingly, easier to put together than I anticipated. Really solid. The back rest is shorter than I anticipated and the only reason why I took away a star is because I can find it 100 cheaper somewhere else. But other than that nice solid piece for my entryway looks great.. Syrita. Tue Aug 04 2026

Sturdy and looks nice. I like it without the top cushion. Fits 8 pairs of size 10 women’s shoes very well. It would not fit larger men’s shoes. Size 11 women’s looks like would be the largest size it can fit. I got professional assembly because it didn’t look super easy to put together.. Shea. San Luis Obispo, CA. Fri Aug 14 2026
