I have been making risotto for years. As a home cook, I have tried many methods and techniques. I finally decided it was time to up my risotto game and get the proper pan for making risotto. I purchased a 3 quart saucier, and to take advantage of the rounded sides I added the Staub Risotto Spoon. I thought, what difference could a spoon make? A HUGE difference! Stirring with the Risotto Spoon in a saucier is next level. It clears the sides and stirs without effort. I can see and taste a difference. It's also very nice looking.
