This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people. Absolutely love this chair and it's well worth the slightly heftier price tag. I have a niche requirement, I needed an arm chair to create a reading nook, next to my books and records. The footprint had to be small, without compromising on quality, comfort or aesthetics. The Alizeh fit the bill perfectly, in terms of dimensions, looks, material and craftsmanship. It's genuine wood and genuine leather, low slung and very comfortable for extended reading sessions. Cons - the packaging is extremely rudimentary (zero cushioning inside the box) and the first chair arrived with the front right leg completely broken.
