The shelves are very nice. The only reason I'm giving it a 4-star is because the wrong screws were supplied with the anchors. They were too small and wouldn't hold up the shelf. I love these. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because one of the screws snapped when drilling it in the wall. This posed a problem as we couldn't get the part of the screw that was stuck in the wall out. So we had to move the bracket a bit and use a similar screw that I just happened to have in the right size. Although the color is different than the screws provided. This gorgeous set of 2 shelves is handcrafted in Lancaster County, PA by our local Amish artisan partners. At 11" deep, they are perfect for your dishes. The wood is reclaimed barn rafter and has all of the characteristics that you would expect from reclaimed barn wood. Thick and sturdy with handmade raw metal brackets that wrap up around the front of the shelf. Please note that the brackets must be mounted into wall studs. Mounting hardware is included. Shelves come with set screws that go up throughout the bracket into the bottom of the shelf to eliminate any movement due to any imperfections in the reclaimed wood. Reclaimed wood is not perfect.
