This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. The pendant light did not look exactly as pictured and was a lot smaller than they make it look in the images. The stone is not as curved as advertised, the bottom part is plastic, the chord is a weird lighter warm brown colour that doesn't match the shade of brown of the top of the light.
