The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. If you read the other reviews, then you will see and hear that this a great product. From purchasing, shipping, receiving, and instructions were great. Building it was great, you just have to make sure you read and look at the instructions. There are only 3 things that I say could be better. 1) The 120v light outlet should be incorporated into the control box. I feel this is an oversight here. 2) There should be a locking mechanism for the door and not just magnets to hold the door closed. This is fine in low wind locations or for people that do not have little kids. I think this is an oversight as well. 3) There needs to be a pan for water collection under the heater. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. The gazebo looks amazing. We bought it for its look and its wind rating. Took about 2.5 days with power tools. Would recommend organizing all the pieces first. Make sure you have the wood pieces and the hardware lined up correctly. Save yourself time from having to redo anything. Squaring is also important.
