TL,DR: The quality is good for the money and while you may have some alignment issues, overall this is a good buy. I do recommend treating the wood with a natural wood sealer (the kind used for garden beds) to protect from UV and water damage, to make it last longer. The Good: - Quality Wood - Smells Good - Hardware seems to be decent quality, hopefully it does not rust - Comes Partially Assembled, easy to put together (30 minutes, tops). The Bad: - The cross bars are only held in place with 1 or 2 staples at each joint, so they come apart very easily. - The alignment of the cross bars was wrong on one of the arbors I received so I had to disassemble it and put it back together myself with adhesive. Thankfully disassembly was easy because they are only held together by a staple or two... which is bad but in this case good? I really like this garden arbor/pergola trellis. It is a pretty good size and it is reasonably stable. I think it will hold in strong winds because it will allow for movement that should against mitigate breaking. It was relatively easy for my husband to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this arbor it is nice wood and the color is very nice as well, I would advise you determine and measure first the location you want this to be placed as it is bigger than you might think. The arbor is beautiful and strong. I gave it 4 stars because there is an issue. The lattice is made of very thin cedar (less than 1/4 of an inch) and it is stapled together. A few or the staples came loose during assembly and will need to be redone. I am considering adding stronger cedar boards on the sides to strengthen it. At this price point, I think the manufacturer should have used stronger wood for the lattice. There were also a few bumps and marks, but these were minor. This arbor is so cute! It was difficult to put together without a drill however. There are a ton of screws needed to hold it together. The arbor is very light weight, so easy to move.
