These chairs are solid and substantial. Each set of 2 came packaged well and fully assembled. Cushions are firm almost hard. Don’t worry and just wiggle around… I broke in all 4 chairs in 5 minutes and now I sink in when I sit. Truly thick padding. The clay color is a mauve clay color in natural light.
