It's perfect for the purpose we needed it: To hold a medium-sized TV but under a window. We didn't want to totally block the window so the height is just right. The wide length makes it easy to shift away from the window if necessary or to be seen from a specific chair in the room. It's very pretty, and solid. We put wicker baskets in the open slots below to hide stuff. The electric cords are easy with the open back. As would be components. I found it funny (not haha. It was hard to capture with my cell phone, but the color is definitely darker than all the pictures online, and it is a decidedly GREEN color, although a very light green. It is also more distressed than the pictures, so it had a tad too much country vibe than I wanted. But, it fits my space and is functioning perfectly to my needs. It is definitely one of the highest quality pieces of furniture I've ever bought online. The drawer hardware is very high quality for an online furniture item. It came halfway assembled, and the drawers were all put together, which is always the hardest part. So I was able to put it together by myself in about 40 minutes.
