Nothing compares to the unique beauty of hand-crafted log furniture. These unique pieces are an excellent choice for mountain lodges, ski cabins, country cottages, and more. Constructed by skilled Amish craftsmen, our rustic log furniture is sanded and finished for beauty and durability. Sturdy and substantial, these items will last generations! Checking information- log furniture is subject to the natural process of checking as the wood "seasons" and dries. Checking occurs as wood releases moisture across or through the annual growth rings-it does not affect the structural performance or the integrity of the wood. Checking adds unique beauty to the log furniture. Varying amounts of checking may occur on any given piece of aspen log furniture and cannot be controlled by the builder. Checking is not an indication of damaged furniture.

The core of this platform bed is its four-column structure design. This design is not only classic and elegant but also adds a sense of stability and grace to the entire piece. The bed columns are made using the lathe-turned wood technique, which can create smooth and delicate texture effects. Particularly noteworthy is that the top of the bed columns is designed as a tapered dome, a detail inspired by classic European furniture design. This not only continues the traditional charm of the retro style but also gives the bed frame a touch of refinement. This top design makes the four columns appear more slender and elongated visually, while avoiding sharp edges to ensure safety and comfort. In the middle of the bed head, a row of vertical arched perforated grids is neatly arranged. These grids not only enhance the decorative appeal of the bed head but also make the entire bed appear more transparent and light. At the same time, the wave-shaped design on the top of the grids adds a sense of fluidity and artistic atmosphere to the bed head. This design retains the classic elements of the retro style while integrating the minimalist concept of modern aesthetics, making the bed head look both layered and elegant. On one side of the bed frame, there are two large drawers, providing storage space for out-of-season clothes and infrequently used items. The bottom of the drawers has wheels, making it convenient to pull out and push back under the bed. On the other side, there is a pull-out trundle. This design greatly improves the space utilization, especially suitable for families with limited living space or those who need to occasionally entertain guests. The bed frame is supported by plywood slats to hold the mattresses, which not only enhances the stability of the bed frame but also has good load-bearing performance, ensuring the safety of use. Additionally, the plywood slats provide good ventilation, helping the mattress stay dry.

Bring intricacy and elegance to your bedroom with this beautifully designed upholstered panel bed. Lay your head to rest knowing your bed is the center of attention. Acanthus leaves alongside egg and dart detailing gives this collection a classic and European look while providing you with the sophistication you desire for your home. A warm cherry finish with highlights will warm your bedroom and give you a traditional and cozy environment to relax in.

These are old pictures so don’t mind the mess, but I love that the bed looks black from afar but up close you can see the weathered espresso brown. Beware of the height though!
