Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Sat Jan 27 2024

This is a well built little stove. It is made of steel and is put together well. I believe the chimney could be a lot longer, however, that would not allow for it to break down and fit inside the stove for travel. I appreciate the small fire blanket that was provided with this stove it will come in handy! I really enjoy the tine cut outs of fire around the bottom if this stove- thats just fun! For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. Fire pit is nice, but it is not fully cast iron. Only the top part and the lid are cast iron parts. The base it sheet metal and the legs are sheet metal. If you push it along the ground too hard one of the legs may buckle. Its only about 40% cast iron. I was expecting the base and legs to be cast iron. The price was low so so I will keep it. I had a fully cast iron chiminea that lasted about 25 yrs. I was trying to get another of similar quality. There is no way this one is going to last 25 years.
