This Café's commercial-style range is inspired by professional kitchens, so you can entertain crowds of any size. Enjoy unmatched versatility with a cooktop that has it all, from Inspiral and multi-ring burners that evenly heat any cookware to griddle zone burners—the perfect grilling accessory. The Caterer’s oven fits a full-size catering pan and comes complete with precision cooking modes and an accompanying temperature probe for stunning results, no matter the dish.

For our kitchen remodel we were looking to change to a 36" range, and evaluated many models available. Based on looks and features, we decided to go with the Café model. It has only been in use for 3 weeks so far, but we love the burners and the spacious oven. Having connectivity to the phone is great as well. Looking forward to getting the Turkey Gobbler feature loaded before we cook our next turkey. The range looks great in the middle of our kitchen and serves as a focal point behind the island.. Egbh. Just got it set up -beautiful stove can’t wait to use it!. Keith. Jacksonville, FL. Sat Mar 26 2022

Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaiolo) but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizzas at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

It looks stunning in our kitchen and performs just as beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase from Wayfair!. Maggie. Petaluma, CA. Tue Aug 04 2026

Buena Ventura Pizza Oven is absolutely stunning. The cast stone facade is in a warm authentic Portuguese Sienna sandy brick tone which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. This oven is the most traditional shape like the Pizzaioli, but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizza pies at once! Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

Wow- the new rustic brick Lisboa is beautiful and different from the other authentic dome pizza ovens! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement! The rustic is also rotisserie capable. The Lisboa has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli, Brazza, and Buena Ventura models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries. All of our authentic pizza ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of rock-wool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.

It is beautiful. Large enough to cook several things in it. Had a crane drop it on stand and it fit perfectly.. Maria. El Paso, TX. Mon Sep 05 2022

I'm super happy with this range. I haven't installed it yet, but I'm glad I ordered it. For the price, it looks high end at the cost of common consumer brands. I hope it works as good as it looks.. Michael. San Clemente, CA. Thu Sep 11 2025

High temperature resistance hirudite stone, durable and practical, glass door ceramic glass, not afraid of high temperature, fast heat dissipation

We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don't be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside! This is your perfect portable oven which is why it is among authentic pizza ovens' best sellers!

This oven is great and not just for pizza. Pizza done in about 1 min.. Anonymous. Thu Dec 29 2022

The Pizzaioli is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Our best-selling Pizzaioli model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! Our standard finish is white, please see our upgraded models that have a final layer of cork, which provides a very unique finish as well as additional insulation!

I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. Which will not be big enough for the baking sheets I own.. Cherise. Anoka, MN. Fri May 24 2024

The Brand New Ventura Premium Pizza Oven is beautiful (like, really beautiful). The cast stone facade is a nice blend of black and gray tones which intensifies the appearance of its stacked stone. What we love about this oven is its versatility. Not only is it ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!), but it is also rotisserie capable (like the Lisboa). The Ventura has a higher opening than the Pizzaioli and Brazza models, which allows room to fit a spit. It also gives off a strong ambiance as the fire is much more visible, almost like a fire feature or fire pit! The door of this oven is square-shaped and is perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and mouth-watering rotisseries.
