This was a really nice upgrade from the ugly, white wood cage we had. It was chipping and sat on the ground. I liked that this is metal and is lifted a bit off the ground. Love this! Was looking for a furniture-style crate that was tall enough for my dog to sit and stand in without having to crouch. This is plenty tall a very attractive piece of furniture. While very sturdy, I would not put a dog that dislikes being kenneled in this or any other furniture-style crate. My dog loves her kennel at bedtime and we love the way this looks. Extra star to Gracie Oaks for one of the best assembly processes I've ever completed. Crate pieces were labeled with numbers & parts labeled with letters. Everything was super clear and lined up perfectly. Easy! The only suggestion I have is for the manufacture to make a doggie bed that matches the interior dimensions since they are atypical for standard dog bed sizes. We're using blankets for now but I'll make a padded foam one eventually. Jen. Arvada, CO. Mon Oct 05 2026
