The warm white glow is soft but still bright enough for stairs, hallways, closets, or a bedroom at night. I use these on a staircase that has a turn and sometimes gets dark at the turned stairway. They have remained charged for a month and always come on and are triggered from a good distance. I like that they are rechargeable and magnetic, so they can be removed easily when they need charging. The motion sensor works well, and the light looks smooth without harsh dots. I’m finishing off a room in my home to use a a bedroom and got this little light puck for the closet as a freebie from the tried and true program. However the electrician said that I should go with a unit that mounts into the wall and sits flush due to the tight space. Since I already had this I replaced a cheap light in my garage.
