I purchased a rental home and it has a hallwaylaundry room by exit to the garage. Overtime I want to build out a nicer cabinet and hanging area, but I was short on time wanted to fill it up with a quality piece of furniture that could be useful short term and also fit in anywhere else. My budget was tight and I was happy to find the selection being a four tier quality metal piece of furniture on wheels that could be used anywhere.
