A really nice little spotlight that adds a bit of fun design. I was looking for a floor light that would be able to provide a good amount of light for my sewing table. This is absolutely perfect! It doesnt have a huge amount of light if you were using it for a more practical lamp, but has more of a focused spotlight which could really help accent certain areas in your home. This would look great in a reading room, or in my case, behind my sewing table where I do crafting. It arrived in a few pieces and needed assembly. For me, this was a little tricky to put together, the stand for the light is so thin that it was hard for me to get a good grip on it to twist it into place. But, I was able to get it all together. The base for this lamp is very heavy! So, be careful moving it. I assume the base is heavy to prevent the much thinner stand from tipping over. The light fixture can be adjusted up and down for a more focused area of light. The foot switch is a great touch! Its easy to turn it on and off. This lamp was relatively easy to assemble with 3 parts which all screw together. The only complexity was removal the protective plastic around the product and managing the cord which ran through the center of each part. While one person could easily assemble this, it was helpful to have second person prop up the parts while being screwed together. The results speak for themselves. The lowest hanging of the 5 lights rests at about 5’3” and the highest at 6’2” as described. The light is a natural warm color which plays well against neutral tones instead of washing them out.
