Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). They really complement our room and decor. They seem to be made well and have a slightly higher seating height which adds to their comfort ( I’m 5’ 11”). The chairs are fairly comfortable straight out of the box even with the cushions being a little firm, but we hope they will become very comfortable with some use as the cushions get broken in more. Absolutely love my new accent chair. It was incredibly easy to put together and is the perfect addition to my library. The fabric is nice and soft and the high back offers good support.
