This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. I really like this set. There are a few minor issues. The mat is not really non-slip, so I have to frequently move it back into place. Also, the lid cover is so thick, the seat cannot go up to vertical and will not stay up for cleaning. (My daughter quipped that it would be possible to lose one of her guinea pigs in it!)
