Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door. Beautiful cabinet. The wood finish is beautiful and has a rich color that looks even better in person. It has a lot of storage space with drawers, cabinets, shelves, and a wine rack, so it works great as a bar cabinet, coffee station, or dining room piece. One thing to know before buying is that assembly takes time. There are a lot of pieces and parts to put together. My husband built it by himself, and it took him about two days to complete.
