I used this for a year or two before upgrading to an actual wine fridge though, because I don't have central AC and there is too much temperature fluctuation in my home for storing wine (especially in the summer, it gets wayyy too hot in my house for wine -- it HAS to be in a fridge). This is a great bar cabinet for the price. I wanted something that would go with our kitchen and it was hard to find exactly what I wanted. Either there is a super industrial look, or the other bars are really expensive. I surprised my husband with this and set it up all by myself, that said, it took me 3 hours (breaks in between) to get it all assembled. I purchased the black with white faux marble and up close the color is not solid black. It's more brown hues with black. Once it is all assembled you don't notice the brown and it does look more black. I do wish the space between the marble and the first shelf was a little higher so I could have fit my coffee maker in there but not a deal breaker. It still looks great and my husband really likes it so it works for us. I also purchased a liquor display shelf that lights up and added it to the top shelf.
