Window Sill Cover

Use the FlexStone Window Sill Trim Kit to frame around windows in a FlexStone tub or shower surround. FlexStone Window Sill Trim is made of the same material as FlexStone panels and adds a complementary, finished look to a FlexStone surround. The kit includes four pieces of 48 in. window sill trim and four corner blocks. The FlexStone Window Sill Trim is intended to be used with FlexStone wall surrounds only.

There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed. We ordered two of these for our western windows. The kitchen could get up to 104°, however, after installing these, we don’t have a problem with that anymore. Wayfair tint review Omg, okay, if I can do this, almost ANYONE can do this! This was window tint stuff was necessary because I live by the beach with south-facing sliding doors that had no blinds when I moved in a few months ago. I ordered it in May 2026. It’s mid-April now and the sun is getting hotter with every passing day. So, I decided today that I need to just bite the bullet and try to do this myself. I hadn’t done it yet because I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews… [Btw, I’m 46 F, single, my dad just passed away (he was great did all the handyman stuff whenever I needed anything) and I do have a brother but he lives 1.5 hours away.] Well, I used a baby shampoo from the Dollar Tree Store to clean the sliders a few days ago. Oh, and I used that brown paper that comes as “filling” in delivery boxes instead of paper towels to clean. Anyway, it only took about 4-5 minutes to cover the first slider door I did! I still can’t believe it! It took about 45 minutes to do the stationary window slider, however. The roll was too wide to fit right up against the window pane so I had to figure out how to cut the roll down to size. I seriously wish i had a little saw because that would have made it soooo much faster easier. Once the roll was narrow enough to put up against the window, it only took about another 5 minutes until it was finished! (I accidentally trimmed off some of the weather stripping, though, so be careful.) And now I’m leaving this review while I’m ordering another roll for my other south facing windows!. Kristen. This design is very pretty, and I love it! There is barely any odor, and it dissipated right away. My one-bedroom apartment has a slim window next to the front door with window blinds. I keep the blinds slightly open for more light and to feel less closed in. I wanted a privacy film to be able to have the blinds open and create more light and openness, as apartment living usually means a unit's windows all face one direction. The door and this slim window face a different direction. It's not full coverage/privacy, and that's okay. Someone outside would have to put their face right up to get a clear view of the inside, and I doubt anyone would be doing that. I've included photos from the inside and outside my door, plus during different times of the day with varying sunlight, and with the blinds how I used to keep them closed. There is a little bit of rainbow effect, depending on how much sunlight hits the film. Note #1: from the outside, a lot of soap/water bubbles showed, and it's necessary to keep smoothing them out. You may not see the bubbles from outside if your window is above the first floor with no way to easily access it from outside, but then it won't matter anyway. I used a microfiber cloth for the finishing touches. Note #2: while applying and smoothing out the water, have a cloth to soak up the water that will be getting squeezed out to the edges. So far so good! This is an affordable temporary solution to my mirrored closet situation. I didn’t want my bed facing mirrors for feng shui reasons and I plan to swap out the mirror doors later once I’m more settled in. On the meantime this is a great way to displace the mirror surface without losing the light. I will be buying more to finish the effect. It was pretty easy to put up - I didn’t do it perfectly but I think it will improve once I find my wallpapering tool. Product quality is very good. Assembly instructions were confusing. Took about 2hrs to put together correctly. After sorting out steps it should have taken no more than 45 mins. Unfortunately, after a couple of days "Sami" became indifferent to it. Wasn't worth giving up a living room window for limited use. He doesn't mind the sill of a screened open window. Decided to return it which turned into a bit of a hassle. It had to be sent back using original packaging or equivalent. I took photos of each unpackaging step. Without them, repacking it would have been next to impossible. Wayfair did offer a partial credit if I wanted to keep the item and skip the return process. The ~$35 credit against the $169.99 cost was not acceptable to me so, I managed to repackage it and send it back. Had to pay FEDEX return shipping charge of $33.
