Wayfair tint review Omg, okay, if I can do this, almost ANYONE can do this! This was window tint stuff was necessary because I live by the beach with south-facing sliding doors that had no blinds when I moved in a few months ago. I ordered it in May 2026. It’s mid-April now and the sun is getting hotter with every passing day. So, I decided today that I need to just bite the bullet and try to do this myself. I hadn’t done it yet because I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews… [Btw, I’m 46 F, single, my dad just passed away (he was great did all the handyman stuff whenever I needed anything) and I do have a brother but he lives 1.5 hours away.] Well, I used a baby shampoo from the Dollar Tree Store to clean the sliders a few days ago. Oh, and I used that brown paper that comes as “filling” in delivery boxes instead of paper towels to clean. Anyway, it only took about 4-5 minutes to cover the first slider door I did! I still can’t believe it! It took about 45 minutes to do the stationary window slider, however. The roll was too wide to fit right up against the window pane so I had to figure out how to cut the roll down to size. I seriously wish i had a little saw because that would have made it soooo much faster easier. Once the roll was narrow enough to put up against the window, it only took about another 5 minutes until it was finished! (I accidentally trimmed off some of the weather stripping, though, so be careful.) And now I’m leaving this review while I’m ordering another roll for my other south facing windows!. Kristen. We just got new windows and these blinds fit like a glove and hit the mark for blackout blinds.. Kelly. Erwin, TN. Thu Sep 24 2026

They are kind of ‘rugged’ — I was hoping for a little more elegance but really good product for the price if the look works for you. I’ve been looking for some type of natural wood blinds for a while. Most are priced too high for my project. These are sturdy, the raise/lower mechanism works great at this point and they provide good privacy — you can’t see through them which a lot of the other more affordable options do not provide.. Light, airy and always inviting, zebra blinds are unlike any other window coverings or fabric vanes on the market. They offer some of the same functionality as traditional light filtering window treatments while still maintaining somewhat of an unobstructed view. However, it’s their comfortable, decorative flair that makes them an all-time favorite. Made with lightweight fabric vanes that go between two sheer panels, sheer shades resemble a horizontal blind in functionality despite being partially translucent. Sheer blinds add a unique and modern feel to any room in your home.
