everything but the rug was acceptable. that 5x7 area rug was just what I wanted. it arrived folded into a square in a box smaller than I get cases of dog food in. the rug is about a 1/4 in thick. The box was completely full of plastic flakes which got all over the house, also the vinyl slats are a bit warped at the top but it's not noticeable once installed.
