I haven't baked with the pans yet, but they are exactly what I'm looking for. They are of thick construction and should provide years of service. I would like to address the other Lloyd pans review here: They claim that the pans they received were not Lloyd pans. This gave me pause ordering these pans from Wayfair. The review claims the pans stuck, and therefore weren't Lloyd pans. The sticking is from technique and basically has nothing to do with the pan. They are seasoned, but still need a layer of oil before putting the dough in. I have an older Lloyd pan that is raw aluminum. I oil it before using and nothing has stuck to it. The pans I received were genuine Lloyd pans and were drop shipped directly from Lloyd pans in a Lloyd pans box from Spokane Valley, WA. I have no problem recommending buying these pans from Wayfair.. This 12 inch square by 2-inch perforated deep dish pan is the solution to keeping deep dish pizza crust from getting soggy. Mile high pizza toppings and crisp crust don’t always go hand in hand – traditional deep-dish pizza pans lock in moisture, making for a softer crust. The unique raised center perforations on this pan prevent crust from becoming soggy and stop seasoned oils under the dough from pouring out while baking. Plus, the open perforations assist in getting oven heat to the center of the pie to ensure even baking. HAND WASH ONLY

Flatbread Pan Perfect for Coca de recapture. 5 inch wide by 15-inch Long Flatbread Pan. Coca de what? Coca de recapte is a traditional Mediterranean flatbread, topped with seasonal fruits, veggies, meats and/or cheeses. Spaniards claim that this flatbread was the inspiration for the Italian version we all know and love called pizza. The beauty of coques is that, like pizza, there is an infinite number of delicious combinations you can use to top your coca. And you have to go to Barcelona or Catalonia, where coca is traditionally made and consumed, to have fresh coca. Stay home and whip up a hot, fresh coca using our flatbread pan for a taste of the Mediterranean. HAND WASH ONLY
